This role is built for someone who can command timelines without becoming robotic, lead teams without micromanaging, and keep projects charging forward with confidence, grit, and precision. If spreadsheets, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, RFIs, and problem-solving all light up the same part of your brain like a construction-site pinball machine, you may have just found your arena.

In this seat, you won’t simply “manage projects.” You’ll drive momentum, build relationships, solve problems before they become disasters, and help shape projects that leave a permanent mark on the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout with confidence and accountability
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, field leadership, and vendors to keep projects aligned and moving
• Review contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor costs and forecast financial performance while protecting profitability
• Keep schedules on track and navigate obstacles with calm, strategic decision-making
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless communication between field and office operations
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build strong relationships that turn one successful project into ten more

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial, industrial, multifamily, or general construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
• Experience with project management software and construction documentation systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Someone who can walk onto a jobsite, into an owner meeting, or through a scheduling crisis and bring clarity instead of confusion
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
