We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager who knows how to turn plans, budgets, schedules, and moving parts into successful finished projects. The right Project Manager will bring a strong construction background, sharp organizational skills, financial awareness, and the ability to communicate with everyone from ownership and clients to subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and executives. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your projects from the early planning stages through final completion, while building relationships and protecting the schedule, budget, quality, and overall success of every job.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Take overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project requirements to identify potential issues before they become expensive surprises.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs, commitments, change orders, billings, and forecasts.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication across all parties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
• Review subcontractor performance, schedules, documentation, and compliance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, purchase orders, and other project documentation.
• Identify project risks and develop practical solutions to keep work progressing.
• Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are built safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications.
• Monitor project milestones and hold the team accountable to established commitments.
• Assist with estimating, preconstruction, procurement, and project turnover when needed.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide timely reporting to leadership.
• Step in, speak up, solve problems, and keep the project train firmly on the tracks.
