Responsibilities:

  • Drive Success: Understand the client’s business goals and work closely with the team to ensure every step aligns with those objectives.
  • Lead with Confidence: Actively engage in project delivery, stepping in to provide support whenever needed, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Master Change Management: Own the process for approving, funding, and ensuring all changes meet strict configuration control standards.
  • Solve Problems: Be a proactive problem-solver, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential issues before they arise, while finding creative solutions.
  • Keep Everyone In the Loop: Maintain open, transparent communication, ensuring both the client and your team are always up-to-date on project status, risks, and challenges.
  • Meet and Exceed Deadlines: Take charge of your tasks while helping your team hit their targets—together, we’ll crush deadlines.
  • Adapt and Thrive: Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, managing priorities and working closely with the Account Lead, Program Manager, and Technical Director.
  • Own the Spotlight: Lead engaging status meetings, milestone reviews, and client demos, always presenting with professionalism and confidence.
  • Be a Tech and Business Expert: Have a firm grasp of both the business and technical aspects of the loyalty platform, answering questions with ease and authority.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent: Your solid educational background sets the stage for success.
  • Project Management Pro: Familiar with the ins and outs of project management methodologies, with a knack for resolving issues, managing risks, and keeping things on track.
  • Multitasking Master: You thrive when juggling multiple projects and keep things moving forward.
