Salary: 65,000 USD - 95,000 USD
Sector: Construction
Type: Permanent

Salt Lake City, Utah | $65,000–$95,000

Build it. Own it. Keep the wheels turning.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows that great construction doesn’t happen by accident. It takes organization, communication, hustle, problem-solving, and just the right amount of stubbornness when the schedule starts acting like it has a personality of its own.

This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful role with a growing team where your ability to coordinate people, schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and moving parts will make a very real impact. You’ll help take projects from the early planning stages all the way through completion while keeping everyone pointed in the same direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, keeping scope, schedule, budget, and quality firmly on track.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep communication clear and projects moving.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and documentation.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documents with a sharp eye for details.
  • Monitor project costs and identify potential issues before they become expensive surprises.
  • Work closely with Superintendents and field leadership to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project sequencing.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, challenges, schedules, and next steps.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships while holding everyone accountable to commitments.
  • Help negotiate pricing, scopes, change orders, and project requirements.
  • Track project performance and keep documentation organized because future-you will appreciate present-you.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop practical solutions before they turn into full-blown construction headaches.
  • Support project closeout, punch lists, warranties, turnover documentation, and final completion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and help create an experience that makes them want to work with the team again.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can balance construction know-how with serious organizational horsepower. You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room, but you should be comfortable taking ownership, asking questions, making decisions, and getting people moving.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Previous construction project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an uncanny ability to keep multiple balls in the air.
  • The ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with construction/project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A professional, accountable, team-first attitude.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly alike.

Why This Opportunity?

Because you’re not looking for another job where you become Spreadsheet Person #47 and spend your days chasing paperwork into the sunset.

This is a chance to own projects, build relationships, solve real problems, and see your work become something tangible. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced construction professionals, grow your skill set, and play an important role in delivering successful projects.

If you’re the kind of Project Manager who sees a problem and thinks, “Alright, let’s figure this out,” rather than “Well, that’s unfortunate,” we should talk.

Salary: $65,000–$95,000, depending on experience.

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Come build something worth talking about.
