What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

• Oversee all project phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.

• Solve complex challenges with creative, practical solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in concrete construction project management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Understanding of project management software and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
