What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver dry utility infrastructure projects from concept to closeout.

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects exceed client expectations.

  • Lead project teams and subcontractors with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with developers, municipalities, engineers, and utility providers to navigate approvals and align project goals.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and solve problems before they escalate.

  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders with transparency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in dry utilities or related infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of utility installation processes, municipal regulations, and permitting.

  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
