Are you ready to take the reins on high-visibility multi-family and commercial construction projects in one of the fastest-growing markets in the West? We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager who’s equal parts leader, builder, and strategist — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver results without compromising quality or relationships.

???? What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to final turnover — on time, on budget, and on spec.

• Lead and mentor project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, subcontractor scopes, and contracts.

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with local and state building codes.

• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, inspectors, and internal teams.

• Anticipate project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact the job.

???? What You Bring:

• 5+ years of PM experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction.

• Proven track record of delivering complex, ground-up or renovation projects.

• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other construction software.

• Strong financial acumen — capable of managing project budgets of $5M–$25M+.

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
