What You’ll Do

• Command every phase of construction projects, from initial planning through final handoff

• Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors with authority, clarity, and respect

• Build trust with clients through transparency, follow-through, and exceptional results

• Anticipate challenges and create innovative solutions before they slow progress

• Keep projects on track—budget, schedule, and quality are your non-negotiables

• Foster a jobsite culture where safety, inclusion, and teamwork are the norm

• Document progress meticulously so nothing gets lost in translation

What You Bring

• Proven success managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects

• The ability to lead teams with both strength and empathy

• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and resource management

• Excellent communication skills—you know how to speak to field crews and boardrooms alike

• Determination, adaptability, and an unshakable commitment to excellence

• A degree in Construction Management or related field—or the field experience to match
