Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of water/wastewater treatment and civil construction projects.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Ensure projects comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is met.

• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot project challenges.

• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in WWTP, civil, or infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• PMP, PE, or similar certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations for water infrastructure.
