????? What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process — RFP analysis, strategy sessions, content creation, and final production

• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, executives, and marketing teams to develop powerful, customized proposals

• Create visually engaging, persuasive content that speaks to client needs and differentiates us from the competition

• Own the proposal calendar, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality

• Continuously improve proposal templates, boilerplate content, and pursuit strategies

• Research clients and competitors to position our team for the win

???? What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of proposal or marketing experience (construction/architecture/engineering industry a huge plus)

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools

• A team player with a drive to win and a passion for quality
