Position Overview:
We are seeking hungry, motivated Quality Assurance Inspectors to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and individuals ready to learn and build a career in construction QA. You’ll ensure the highest standards in residential and commercial projects while receiving industry-leading training and support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality Assurance inspections for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Perform plan reading and code compliance checks (training provided if needed).
• Carry out inspections for energy certifications such as HERS, CRIS, and Energy Star (full training provided).
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Continuously learn and apply industry best practices in QA and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

• QA B1 Residential Certification (or willingness to earn it through company-paid training).
• QA B2 General Commercial knowledge or interest in learning.
• Ability to read construction plans and interpret codes (or willingness to be trained).
• Familiarity with or interest in energy certifications such as HERS, CRIS, or Energy Star.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for quality.
