We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Recruiter to help connect top construction talent with outstanding opportunities throughout Utah and beyond. Construction recruiting often involves full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, hiring manager collaboration, candidate pipeline development, and workforce planning across field and office positions.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction and related positions
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry connections
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce demands and hiring priorities
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS
• Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking functions
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top-performing professionals
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development experience
• Construction recruiting experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using recruiting platforms, social media, and applicant tracking systems
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mentality
