Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our commercial banking team in Seattle. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market clients by delivering tailored financial solutions, structuring complex credit, and deepening client relationships. You’ll be a strategic advisor to business leaders and work cross-functionally with internal partners to meet clients’ evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial relationships

• Structure and present credit opportunities in collaboration with underwriting

• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver full banking solutions

• Monitor market trends and maintain strong local presence

• Mentor junior bankers and represent the bank in the community

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in commercial banking or relationship management

• Strong credit and financial analysis skills

• Proven ability to develop new business and grow a loan portfolio

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
