What You’ll Do
Lead Safety From the Front

Facilitate engaging instructor-led safety training for new hires and current employees

Deliver orientations, refresher courses, and task-specific training tailored to a construction workforce

Communicate clearly and practically, turning regulations into real-world application

Serve as the go-to resource for safety training questions and guidance
Build Training That Sticks

Develop dynamic in-person and digital content including presentations, videos, handouts, and eLearning modules

Revamp and modernize safety orientation materials for clarity and engagement

Ensure all content reflects current company standards, equipment, and regulatory requirements

Apply adult learning principles to create effective, field-ready curriculum
Drive Continuous Improvement

Track attendance, certifications, and training completion in the training management system

Maintain accurate records for compliance, audits, and reporting

Measure training effectiveness using data and analytics

Identify gaps and implement improvements that elevate outcomes
Partner Across the Organization

Collaborate with safety, operations, and leadership teams to align training with business goals

Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and shared responsibility

Promote respect, inclusion, and open communication across diverse teams
What You Bring
-
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or safety training
-
Experience facilitating training in construction, industrial, or field-based environments
-
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills

Ability to engage and influence a hands-on workforce

Demonstrated experience developing multi-platform training content

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, and equipment certifications, or willingness to obtain

Background in construction, concrete, or industrial safety preferred
