About the Role:
We are seeking a Reliable, Resourceful, and Self-Disciplined Safety Manager to join our construction team in El Paso. This role is vital to ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. You will play a key role in fostering a proactive safety culture on all job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and programs.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; provide thorough reports with recommendations.

• Lead safety training programs for staff, subcontractors, and new hires.

• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety into daily operations.

• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and new safety technologies.

• Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, stay self-disciplined, and take initiative in all aspects of safety management.

• Resourceful in identifying safety solutions and preventing potential hazards.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, CHST) preferred.
