We are seeking a seasoned SBA Lender who knows that behind every loan request is a dream with a balance sheet. You will be the architect of smart growth, structuring complex SBA 7(a) and 504 loans with precision, strategy, and confidence. If you thrive on relationship-building, understand credit inside and out, and enjoy winning new business while protecting portfolio quality, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do

• Originate and structure SBA 7(a), 504, and related government-guaranteed loans

• Develop strong referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, brokers, and community partners

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and global debt service with disciplined credit judgment

• Present well-structured credit packages with clear risk identification and mitigation strategies

• Manage the full lending lifecycle from prospecting through closing

• Ensure compliance with SBA SOP guidelines and internal credit policy

• Partner with underwriting, closing, and servicing teams to deliver a seamless client experience

What You Bring

• 5+ years of direct SBA lending experience

• Deep understanding of SBA SOP guidelines and structuring requirements

• Strong credit acumen and ability to analyze complex financials

• Proven business development track record

• Established referral network in the Inland Northwest, Puget Sound, or Treasure Valley markets

• Confidence, integrity, and the ability to build long-term client trust
