Responsibilities

• Providing commercial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring commercial elements are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing and maintaining robust client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for commercial matters and queries
• Collaborating with internal teams such as project managers, engineers, and finance to craft commercial proposals and pricing models
• Generating and delivering reports, presentations, and financial analyses to senior management and stakeholders
• Leading the commercial strategy and execution for data center projects, which encompasses contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and risk management
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure they align with company policies, legal standards, and client requirements
• Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to pinpoint improvement and cost-reduction opportunities
• Keeping informed of market trends, industry changes, and competitor actions to guide commercial decisions and strategies

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A solid grasp of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software
• Understanding of sustainable construction practices
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management
• The capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities at once
