Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in commercial project management, preferably in data center or similar industries.
- Deep Industry Expertise: Profound understanding of commercial principles, contract law, risk management, and sustainable construction practices.
- Tech-Forward: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, financial modeling software, and any other tools that drive efficiency and success.
- Exceptional Negotiator & Communicator: A proven ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams at all levels.
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met without compromise.
