We’re searching for a Senior Concrete Project Manager who can juggle million-dollar budgets, tame chaotic schedules, navigate field storms with calm precision, and still crack a grin when the pump truck shows up two hours early for once. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the kinetic heartbeat of construction, where every slab, tilt panel, podium deck, and structural pour becomes part engineering puzzle, part battlefield choreography.

You’ll lead high-profile concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout, steering operations with the confidence of a seasoned builder and the instincts of someone who knows that construction schedules are living creatures with sharp teeth.

What You’ll Be Owning

• Manage large-scale commercial and multi-family concrete projects from kickoff to final turnover
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and project execution
• Lead project teams including Project Engineers, APMs, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews
• Coordinate structural concrete operations including foundations, post-tension decks, tilt-up, cast-in-place systems, and elevated slabs
• Drive scheduling with a sharp eye for sequencing, manpower flow, logistics, and production targets
• Partner closely with ownership groups, architects, engineers, and field leadership to keep projects charging forward
• Identify problems before they become expensive plot twists
• Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and operational excellence across all phases of construction
• Track project financials like a hawk guarding a spreadsheet kingdom
• Mentor younger team members and help shape the next generation of construction leaders

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of construction project management experience with heavy concrete focus
• Strong experience managing commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or multi-family projects
• Knowledge of structural concrete systems, sequencing, and field coordination
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without spontaneous combustion
• Experience with budgeting, buyouts, change orders, and cost controls
• Comfortable leading meetings, negotiations, and high-level client communication
• Strong scheduling knowledge using Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience preferred
• Someone who can walk a jobsite, read the room, and read a set of plans with equal confidence
