Salary: 140,000 USD - 170,000 USD

Step into a role where numbers tell stories, credit decisions shape strategy, and your analysis doesn’t just support lending, it drives it.

We’re looking for a Senior Credit Analyst who thrives in the space between precision and impact. Someone who can dissect financial statements like a master cartographer mapping risk terrain, while also seeing the bigger commercial picture: growth, opportunity, and disciplined expansion.

This is not a back-office checkbox role. This is a front-line thinking seat at the table where credit decisions are sharpened, challenged, and elevated.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the analytical backbone behind sophisticated lending decisions across a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships.

  • Perform deep-dive credit analysis on complex commercial borrowers, including financial modeling, cash flow evaluation, and covenant structuring
  • Interpret financial statements with a forensic eye for risk, opportunity, and narrative clarity
  • Prepare and present credit memos that don’t just inform decisions, they influence them
  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers and Credit Officers to structure sound, strategic credit solutions
  • Monitor existing portfolio performance and proactively identify emerging risk signals before they become headlines
  • Stress test assumptions, challenge underwriting logic, and bring disciplined skepticism to every deal
  • Support credit policy adherence while helping refine and improve internal credit frameworks

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive credit analysis experience in commercial or middle-market lending
  • Strong command of financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment
  • Experience writing credit memos that decision-makers actually read, and trust
  • Familiarity with underwriting standards, loan structures, and covenant design
  • A mind that naturally toggles between detail and big picture thinking
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with lenders, credit leadership, and executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (advanced credentials are a plus)

What Makes This Role Stand Out

  • Direct exposure to senior credit leadership and real deal influence
  • A portfolio that is complex enough to stay interesting and diverse enough to stay sharp
  • A culture that respects analytical rigor and rewards thoughtful challenge
  • The ability to materially impact lending strategy, not just document it

Why This Opportunity

Because here, credit isn’t just evaluated, it’s engineered. You’ll be part of a team that values insight over noise, structure over guesswork, and conviction backed by data.

If you like your spreadsheets sharp, your analysis sharper, and your work tied directly to meaningful financial decisions, this is your arena.
