As a Senior Credit professional specializing in Floor Plan Lending, you’ll help steer a fast-growing portfolio supporting high-performing dealerships and commercial clients across the West Coast. This isn’t a back-office credit seat—you’ll be at the center of deal flow, portfolio intelligence, and risk strategy.

In this role, you’ll lead complex credit evaluations, structure competitive and compliant credit facilities, and collaborate with sales, risk, and treasury to deliver solutions that accelerate growth while safeguarding asset quality. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis, monitor collateral positions, manage audits and floor checks, and provide insights that influence decisions at the executive level. Your expertise will guide underwriting standards, refine risk frameworks, and mentor junior analysts.
