In this critical role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving core deposit growth, cultivating strong client partnerships, and positioning our institution as a trusted financial ally across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted deposit growth strategy focused on commercial, middle market, professional services, and high-net-worth clients.

  • Cultivate Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their cash flow needs, liquidity preferences, and operational goals.

  • Drive Results: Acquire new deposit relationships and expand existing ones through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and tailored product offerings.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Treasury Management, Commercial Lending, Private Banking, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Analyze & Advise: Leverage industry insights, market trends, and financial analysis to recommend optimal deposit structures and pricing strategies.

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the bank with professionalism, credibility, and enthusiasm at industry events, client meetings, and community functions.


What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial banking, private banking, or cash management with a strong emphasis on deposit relationship management.

  • Proven track record of developing and managing a book of business with $100MM+ in deposits.

  • Deep understanding of deposit products, sweep accounts, earnings credit analysis, and liquidity structures.

  • High-level consultative selling skills and the ability to engage with CFOs, controllers, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus.
