What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment

• Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and proposals

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and vendor negotiations

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors

• Provide value engineering and risk assessments

• Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and estimating tools

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating (commercial or civil preferred)

• Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and costs

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and lead others confidently
