What You'll Do

The Senior Project Manager serves as the strategic leader responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. You will be the hub where clients, field leadership, design teams, and subcontractors all connect.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle including estimating coordination, procurement, scheduling, construction execution, and closeout
• Develop strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Mentor and guide Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams to ensure project success
• Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and profitability
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
• Proactively identify risks and create solutions before they become problems
• Conduct project meetings, progress updates, and executive reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and company procedures
• Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven success managing complex commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and cost controls

• Experience mentoring junior project managers or engineers
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and project sequencing
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
