Build Bigger. Lead Smarter. Leave a Skyline Behind.

There are project managers... and then there are the people who walk onto a construction site and instantly change the trajectory of the entire operation.

We’re searching for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in the high-stakes rhythm of commercial construction. Someone who can juggle budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and jobsite momentum without dropping the hard hat. This role is for a leader who sees chaos as a puzzle waiting to be solved and who knows how to move projects from blueprint to ribbon-cutting with precision, urgency, and grit.

If you’ve mastered the art of keeping projects on track while steering teams through the daily thunderstorm of construction challenges, this is your arena.

What You’ll Be Owning

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Drive scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and operational execution with relentless attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Monitor project financials, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls like a hawk circling a spreadsheet canyon
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to keep field operations aligned and moving efficiently
  • Manage subcontractor negotiations, contracts, scopes, and performance expectations
  • Identify risks before they become expensive plot twists
  • Ensure projects remain compliant with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers and junior project management staff
  • Lead meetings with confidence, clarity, and solutions-first energy
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and at a level that makes clients immediately want to build the next one with you

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, and project execution
  • Ability to manage large-scale or multi-project workloads simultaneously
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate both office and field teams
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts and decision-making confidence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift faster than Utah weather in springtime

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Competitive compensation package with strong bonus potential
  • High-impact projects that shape communities and skylines
  • Leadership team that values autonomy, accountability, and innovation
  • Clear growth path into executive-level operations leadership
  • Collaborative culture where strong performers are trusted, supported, and recognized
  • Stability, momentum, and a project pipeline built for the long haul

This is more than a scheduling-and-spreadsheets role. This is a chance to become the operational engine behind projects that leave a permanent mark on the landscape. Steel, concrete, deadlines, leadership, momentum... all moving in sync because you’re steering the ship. ????
