The Role
If construction projects were orchestras, you’d be the conductor—cueing timelines, harmonizing trades, and making sure every note lands exactly where it should. We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in the controlled chaos of building something remarkable, someone who can turn blueprints into reality while keeping budgets tight, teams aligned, and clients impressed.
This is not a sit-back-and-observe role. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership, high-stakes decision-making, and the art of delivering projects that stand tall—literally and figuratively.
What You’ll Be Owning
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with precision and confidence
- Drive schedules like a metronome—steady, intentional, and always forward
- Own financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Mentor and guide Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams
- Navigate challenges with creativity and grit—because construction rarely goes “by the book”
- Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance are never compromised
- Keep communication flowing across all stakeholders—no surprises, just solutions
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of construction project management experience (commercial, multifamily, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball—or the blueprint
- Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of project cost structures
- Leadership presence that earns respect in both the boardroom and the jobsite trailer
- Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to read plans, anticipate issues, and solve problems before they grow teeth
- Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
What Makes You Stand Out
- You don’t just manage projects—you own outcomes
- You’re equal parts strategist and executor
- Pressure sharpens your focus rather than rattles it
- You can translate complex construction language into clear, actionable direction
- You build trust quickly and lead teams people actually want to be part of
Why This Opportunity Hits Different
- Competitive salary with strong upside
- Robust benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement)
- A company culture that values accountability, teamwork, and forward momentum
- Projects that challenge you, grow you, and leave a lasting mark on the skyline
- Leadership that trusts you to lead—not micromanage your every move
If you’re ready to take the reins, steer complex projects with confidence, and build more than just structures—this is your stage.
