What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead wet utility projects from bid to ribbon-cutting, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and beyond-expectations delivery.

• Manage multimillion-dollar scopes including water main installation, sewer systems, and storm drainage for public and private sector clients.

• Coordinate seamlessly between field operations, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.

• Mitigate risks, solve problems, and keep projects running like a precision-tuned machine.

• Mentor project engineers and field leaders, building the next generation of construction trailblazers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in wet utilities project management (7+ years preferred).

• A track record of success in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Deep knowledge of local codes, permitting, and municipal requirements in Arizona.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
