This is more than a portfolio position — it’s a chance to shape the future of middle-market banking in one of the nation’s most dynamic economies.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and expand deep client relationships built on trust, insight, and exceptional service.

  • Identify lending, treasury, and deposit opportunities that strengthen both the client’s business and the bank’s bottom line.

  • Serve as the quarterback for each relationship — coordinating with credit, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless, value-driven banking solutions.

  • Strategically prospect and acquire new clients, representing the bank with professionalism and flair across the Dallas market.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality while keeping a keen eye on opportunity and risk.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
