Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and nurture lasting connections with both existing and potential customers. Visit client sites, negotiate favorable loan terms, and approve loans with authority, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business success.

  • Lead with Knowledge: Take the lead in credit assessments, researching inquiries and ensuring optimal collateral positioning to maintain a competitive edge. Be the expert your clients turn to for insight and guidance.

  • Champion Customer Success: Serve as the go-to resource for clients, ensuring inquiries are resolved quickly and thoroughly. Follow through with dedication and empower your clients to achieve their financial goals.

  • Take Charge of Risk Management: Make crucial decisions on loan approvals, ensuring compliance with lending limits, while consistently protecting both the company and client interests.

  • Innovate and Grow: Take charge of business development activities, proactively seeking new opportunities and creating long-lasting partnerships. Develop a keen understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry conditions to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Optimize Loan Operations: Oversee the pipeline, manage loan renewals, and keep projects on track, ensuring seamless execution and on-time closings.

  • Empower Your Team and Clients: Author and approve key commitment documents, solve complex customer issues with confidence, and provide direction and expertise to junior staff members.

  • Leverage Technology: Use cutting-edge software and systems to analyze financial data, process transactions, and manage accounts effectively, enhancing your ability to serve clients with speed and precision.


Qualifications:

  • A Proven Leader: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in the field, bringing both education and hands-on expertise to the table.

  • Master of Problem Solving: Thrive in dynamic situations, expertly managing complex problems with multiple variables and creative solutions.

  • Autonomous & Efficient: Work independently and manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of work.

  • Financial Savvy: Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, and lending terminology. Able to dive deep into the numbers to make informed decisions.

  • Industry Insight: Stay informed and adaptable, with an ability to analyze market trends and make quick, strategic decisions that impact the bottom line.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.

  • Communicate with Impact: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able to inspire trust, provide clear guidance, and explain complex concepts with ease.
