Salary Range: $170,000 – $210,000 (DOE)

The Role:
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be a strategic, client-facing leader with deep expertise in commercial banking, credit structuring, and portfolio growth. You will cultivate and manage complex client relationships, providing strategic financial solutions that meet both immediate and long-term needs. You’ll be supported by a high-performing credit and operations team so you can focus on delivering value, building trust, and growing a dynamic portfolio of middle-market and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and Manage Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value commercial clients, proactively identifying opportunities for lending, treasury, deposit, and advisory services.

Drive Growth: Source, structure, and close complex commercial loans and other banking solutions. Grow your portfolio through strategic networking, prospecting, and cross-selling.

Act as a Strategic Advisor: Understand each client’s industry, business model, and goals. Partner with them to offer sound financial advice and customized banking products that align with their needs.

Credit and Risk Management: Work closely with the underwriting and credit teams to prepare deal memos, assess risk, and ensure sound credit decisions. Maintain portfolio quality and compliance with internal credit standards.

Market Expertise: Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes in the Texas commercial landscape. Be the expert your clients trust.

Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
What You Bring:

8+ years of commercial banking experience with a strong track record in business development and portfolio management

Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial credit facilities (C&I, CRE, SBA, etc.)

Deep knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth business community and its key industries

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with strong financial acumen

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or formal credit training a plus)
