We are seeking a highly motivated, people-focused, and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Dallas. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating, expanding, and maintaining a diverse portfolio of high-value commercial and middle-market clients. This position requires not only exceptional credit and financial acumen but also the ability to build long-lasting relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and partnership. You will work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their businesses, anticipate their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and middle-market clients with complex credit and banking needs.

  • Build strong, genuine, and lasting client relationships by providing proactive guidance and customized solutions.

  • Originate, structure, and negotiate credit and banking facilities while ensuring alignment with client objectives and institutional standards.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, anticipating their needs and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Partner with credit, treasury, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Expand business opportunities by identifying new prospects, generating referrals, and actively participating in community and industry events.

  • Serve as a mentor and example for junior relationship managers, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • 8+ years of proven success in commercial or corporate banking relationship management.

  • Strong credit and financial analysis skills with the ability to structure and manage complex transactions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Established network in the Dallas market with the ability to attract new business.

  • Passion for delivering client-first solutions and maintaining the highest level of integrity.
