We’re looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who can serve as both a trusted advisor and growth architect. You'll work hand-in-hand with key decision-makers, deliver tailored financial solutions, and help clients unlock value at every stage of their journey.
???? What You’ll Do:

Lead Client Relationships: Manage and grow a complex portfolio of commercial or private clients across industries with a focus on lending, treasury, and investment services.

Deliver Strategic Financial Solutions: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients—understand their needs and deliver high-impact solutions across credit, deposits, risk management, and more.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with credit analysts, product specialists, and underwriting teams to drive client success.

Revenue Growth & Retention: Expand wallet share through strategic upselling, while maintaining client loyalty through proactive service.

Market Presence: Represent the organization at high-level events, conferences, and within key local markets. You're not just managing clients—you're building a brand.

Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining a strong credit culture.
???? What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.

7+ years of experience in relationship management or commercial banking with a proven track record of portfolio growth.

Deep knowledge of credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and capital structuring.

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills—you build trust and influence with ease.

Local market knowledge of the Los Angeles business and HNW ecosystem.

Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licenses preferred (depending on client base).
