We’re looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA. ???? What You'll Do:

As a Senior Relationship Manager (SRM), you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking clients—typically ranging from $10MM to $250MM in revenue. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, developing customized banking solutions and coordinating with credit, treasury, and other internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience.

???? Core Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective commercial clients.

  • Originate, structure, and close complex credit facilities and deposit solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Partner with credit analysts and underwriters to evaluate risk, prepare credit packages, and guide deals through approval.

  • Monitor loan and deposit performance, ensuring compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines.

  • Stay current with market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity in the Southern California market.

  • Cross-sell treasury, merchant, wealth management, and other financial services.

???? What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of commercial banking experience, with proven success in managing and growing a middle-market portfolio.

  • Strong credit acumen and experience structuring complex deals.

  • Deep understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and treasury solutions.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset.

  • Local market knowledge and a strong COI (Centers of Influence) network in the El Segundo or greater Los Angeles area preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or formal credit training a plus).
