???? What You’ll Own
- Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout
- Drive project schedules with precision—anticipating challenges before they surface
- Champion a culture of safety that goes beyond compliance and becomes instinct
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel like a seasoned conductor
- Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment on budgets, timelines, and execution strategies
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress updates that keep everyone informed and accountable
- Mentor and develop field staff, building the next generation of construction leaders
- Ensure top-tier quality control—because “good enough” never built anything great

- 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with significant time in a Superintendent role
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, ground-up projects from start to finish
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards
- Strong scheduling expertise (Primavera P6 or similar tools preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills—you can rally teams, resolve conflicts, and keep projects moving
