What You’ll Own

As a Senior Superintendent, you are the heartbeat of the jobsite—driving performance, safety, and quality from preconstruction through final turnover.

• Lead all field operations on large-scale, complex construction projects from groundbreaking to closeout
• Develop and execute master project schedules, ensuring milestones are met (or beaten)
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff with clarity and authority
• Champion a culture of safety—ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company expectations
• Partner with Project Managers to align budgets, schedules, and project strategy
• Proactively identify and solve challenges before they impact cost or timeline
• Maintain exceptional quality control standards—because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary
• Drive site logistics planning, sequencing, and workflow optimization
• Mentor and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field engineers
• Lead jobsite meetings with confidence, clarity, and purpose

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of commercial or multi-family construction experience, with proven success on large, complex builds
• Strong leadership presence—you don’t just manage projects, you lead people
• Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and technical documents with precision
• Experience with project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
