Build Skylines. Lead Legacies.
A respected and fast-growing construction organization in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Superintendent who doesn’t just run projects… they command them. This is a role for a field leader who operates with precision, anticipates challenges before they surface, and drives projects forward with the steady confidence of someone who has seen it all and built through it all.
If you’re the kind of professional who walks onto a jobsite and instantly raises the bar, who turns complexity into coordination, and who leads crews with both grit and respect, this opportunity is calling your name.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Superintendent, you will be the senior-most field authority, orchestrating multiple moving parts into one cohesive, high-performing operation. From preconstruction planning through final walkthrough, you will set the pace, the standard, and the tone.
You are not just managing projects, you are shaping outcomes, mentoring teams, and ensuring every detail aligns with excellence.
Think of yourself as the conductor of a high-stakes construction symphony where timing, safety, and craftsmanship must hit every note perfectly.
