We’re seeking a knowledgeable and highly organized Service Manager to lead post-construction service operations with precision, professionalism, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. This role is equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and relationship builder—owning the lifecycle of service, warranty, and maintenance work across a diverse portfolio of projects.

What You’ll Do
Lead Service Operations
- Oversee all service and warranty work for completed construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine service processes, workflows, and response protocols
- Manage incoming service requests, triage priorities, and assign resources with surgical precision
Client Experience Champion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-project completion
- Build strong, trust-based relationships by delivering responsive, solutions-oriented service
- Handle escalations with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for long-term loyalty
Team & Vendor Leadership
- Supervise and support service technicians, coordinators, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with internal project teams, field staff, and external trade partners
- Ensure all service personnel uphold company standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Track service-related budgets, costs, and billing to ensure profitability and transparency
- Prepare and manage service contracts, proposals, and change orders
- Analyze service trends and data to improve efficiency and reduce recurring issues
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all service work complies with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify workmanship and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, warranties, and resolutions
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in construction, service management, or warranty administration
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or residential construction systems and processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple service requests and deadlines without losing detail or momentum
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions
- Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficiency in construction management or service software platforms
