We’re looking for a Hardworking, Incredible, and Strong Site Development Project Manager to lead complex land development projects from concept to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures quality and safety, and consistently drives projects to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site development projects, including grading, utilities, drainage, roads, and landscaping.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and local authorities to maintain project alignment.

• Conduct site inspections and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.

• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or budget overruns.

• Mentor and guide project teams to maintain high performance, collaboration, and accountability.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of site development or heavy civil project management experience.

• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects successfully.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and permitting processes.

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
