What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day site operations from mobilization through closeout
• Drive schedule adherence while anticipating and removing roadblocks before they appear
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspectors, and vendors with precision and authority
• Champion jobsite safety like it’s second nature
• Maintain quality control that holds up to both inspection and pride
• Communicate clearly with project managers, owners, and field teams
• Solve problems in real time, on the dirt, not behind a desk

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multi-family construction
• Strong leadership presence and field decision-making instincts
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and quality control
• Ability to read the jobsite like a living system and keep it flowing
