We are currently looking for a skilled and organized Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive successful project delivery.

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and other key stakeholders in coordinating the day-to-day activities of construction projects. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation while ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to the project plan.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of construction milestones.
  • Communication: Serve as the liaison between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, budgets, and schedules.
  • Budget & Cost Tracking: Monitor project costs and expenses, helping to keep the project within budget by managing procurement and change orders.
  • Quality Control: Assist in ensuring construction work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, including delays and cost overruns, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project deadlines and specifications.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
