Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that align with original plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
