We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and local officials.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure work meets or exceeds original specifications and workmanship standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to the construction team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Must have reliable transportation.
