Build More Than Projects. Build Momentum.

There are construction jobs, and then there are roles that feel like standing at the center of a living, breathing operation where cranes swing like clockwork, schedules move with precision, and entire teams look to one person to keep the engine firing on all cylinders. This is one of those roles.

We are seeking a Superintendent who thrives in the field, commands respect through action, and knows how to transform plans on paper into structures that rise out of the Wyoming ground with confidence and craftsmanship. This is an opportunity for a builder-leader who understands that great construction is equal parts logistics, leadership, grit, communication, and timing.

If you can walk a jobsite and instantly spot what’s behind schedule, what’s unsafe, what needs adjustment, and what needs momentum, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

This position is for someone who enjoys the rhythm of construction operations, the challenge of complex coordination, and the satisfaction of watching a project evolve day by day from excavation to final walkthrough. You will serve as the field quarterback, culture-setter, schedule protector, and operational backbone of the project team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Superintendent, you will oversee daily field operations from mobilization through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and at the highest level of quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all onsite construction activities and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and labor
  • Maintaining project schedules and proactively driving production milestones
  • Conducting daily site walks to monitor progress, safety, sequencing, and workmanship
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, inspectors, and ownership teams
  • Managing site logistics, deliveries, manpower planning, and workflow coordination
  • Enforcing OSHA standards and cultivating a safety-first culture that is proactive rather than reactive
  • Running subcontractor meetings and maintaining accountability across all trades
  • Reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution
  • Identifying potential project risks before they become costly problems
  • Maintaining detailed daily reports, progress documentation, and field communication logs
  • Ensuring quality control standards are upheld throughout every phase of construction
  • Mentoring field personnel and helping create a high-performing, team-oriented jobsite environment
  • Driving projects toward successful completion while preserving client trust and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Superintendent who combines field intelligence with leadership presence. Someone who can push production while still earning buy-in from crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders alike.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, multifamily, industrial, or large-scale construction
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum under pressure
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Deep knowledge of construction safety standards and field best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Experience with scheduling and project management software is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • A leadership style rooted in accountability, professionalism, and respect
  • The ability to adapt quickly and make confident decisions in fast-moving environments

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is not a company searching for someone to simply “watch the site.” They are looking for a field leader capable of driving excellence from the dirt work to the ribbon cutting.

You’ll join a team that values strong leadership, decisive communication, and people who genuinely care about building exceptional projects. The work is meaningful, the pipeline is strong, and the leadership team understands that great Superintendents are the heartbeat of successful construction operations.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, help shape field culture, mentor upcoming talent, and leave your fingerprints on structures that will stand for decades across the region.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 – $165,000
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Long-term career advancement opportunities
  • Strong project pipeline and stable leadership team

Final Blueprint

The best Superintendents don’t just keep projects moving. They create order from chaos, momentum from complexity, and confidence across the entire jobsite. They are builders, coordinators, troubleshooters, motivators, and field generals all at once.

If you’re ready to lead projects with authority, precision, and pride in Cheyenne, Wyoming, this opportunity is ready for you.
