We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent who knows law firm interiors inside and out. This is not a “figure it out as you go” role. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of legal office build-outs, partner offices, conference centers, specialty millwork, acoustic control, and high-performance workplace environments.

What You’ll Do

The Superintendent serves as the on-site leader, orchestrating the daily rhythm of construction while ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and at the level of quality law firms expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all field operations for law firm tenant improvement projects

• Manage daily jobsite coordination, subcontractors, and trade sequencing

• Maintain project schedules and drive milestones to completion

• Enforce strict quality control and finish standards

• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and ownership groups

• Manage site safety and compliance procedures

• Oversee installation of high-end interior finishes, millwork, glass systems, and specialty architectural elements

• Ensure construction aligns with detailed plans, specifications, and client expectations

• Solve problems quickly while maintaining project momentum

• Deliver projects that make clients say, “That’s exactly what we envisioned.”

What Makes You a Strong Fit

This role requires someone who has walked the floors of a law firm TI project before and understands the details that matter most.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Proven experience managing law firm tenant improvement projects (required)

• Strong knowledge of high-end office interiors and complex TI environments

• Experience coordinating tight schedules within occupied or active buildings

• Exceptional understanding of finish quality, detailing, and craftsmanship

• Ability to lead subcontractors with clarity and authority

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficiency with construction scheduling and field documentation tools

• Commitment to jobsite safety and professional leadership
