• Commanding day-to-day field operations from mobilization to final turnover

• Orchestrating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and deliveries with precision

• Maintaining momentum, morale, and accountability across the jobsite

• Partnering closely with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors to keep projects aligned

• Protecting quality, budget, and schedule as if your name were etched into the concrete
