Build It Right. Lead the Field. Own the Outcome.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Superintendent who knows how to turn plans, people, materials, and moving parts into a successful project. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who takes pride in building things the right way, keeping crews productive, maintaining high standards, and making sure the jobsite runs with purpose.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the field operation, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping everyone moving toward the same finish line. If you can walk onto a jobsite, spot a problem before it becomes a headache, communicate clearly, and keep the team focused when the pressure is on, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Take ownership of day-to-day field operations and overall jobsite performance.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate subcontractors, foremen, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying potential delays before they become expensive problems.
  • Coordinate daily activities to keep manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors moving efficiently.
  • Review plans, specifications, schedules, and project documents to ensure work is executed correctly.
  • Maintain strict quality-control standards throughout every phase of construction.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA, company, and project-specific requirements are followed.
  • Conduct regular site walks and inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, housekeeping, and safety.
  • Coordinate inspections and work closely with project management, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Identify conflicts in the field and work quickly toward practical solutions.
  • Track materials, deliveries, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor progress.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide accurate updates on schedule, progress, challenges, and upcoming activities.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, punch lists, and project records.
  • Help drive projects toward completion while protecting schedule, quality, budget, and client expectations.
  • Step up when the unexpected happens and bring solutions instead of excuses.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or related construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans and specifications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to command respect without needing to command the room.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, owners, and project teams.
  • Proficiency with construction technology and project-management software is highly valued.
  • A commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

THE RIGHT PERSON

You’re not someone who waits around for problems to introduce themselves. You’re already looking ahead.

You understand that successful construction is about more than pouring concrete, hanging drywall, installing steel, or checking boxes. It’s about people, planning, communication, accountability, and execution. You know how to keep a jobsite organized, how to push a schedule without sacrificing quality, and how to build productive relationships with the trades.

Most importantly, you take ownership. When you say something will get done, you make it happen.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY

  • $95,000–$150,000 compensation range, based on experience and expertise.
  • Opportunity to take a meaningful leadership role on exciting construction projects.
  • A professional team that values experienced field leadership.
  • A role where your decisions, knowledge, and leadership genuinely impact project success.
  • Long-term opportunity to grow with a company that recognizes strong performance.
  • A chance to lead from the field rather than simply watch the schedule from the sidelines.

If you’re an experienced Superintendent who knows how to lead a jobsite, solve problems, protect the schedule, and build a great team, this could be your next big move.
