Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our construction sites—coordinating people, schedules, and resources with a sharp eye for quality and safety. You won’t just be managing work; you’ll be setting the tone, driving momentum, and ensuring our projects exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Command the day-to-day operations on-site with confidence and precision.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor subcontractors and crews to achieve peak performance.

• Ensure schedules are met without compromising quality or safety.

• Anticipate challenges and resolve them with creative, proactive solutions.

• Serve as the go-to liaison between project managers, engineers, clients, and the field.

• Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction site leadership experience.

• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects from groundbreaking to completion.

• A leader who communicates clearly, motivates naturally, and holds teams accountable.

• Strong problem-solving instincts with the ability to stay cool under pressure.
