What You'll Be Doing

• Direct all daily field operations from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built with exceptional quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules while adapting to changing jobsite conditions.
• Promote a culture where safety isn't just a rule, it's a mindset.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and communicate progress with owners, architects, and project managers.
• Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions before they impact the project.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure workmanship meets company standards and exceeds client expectations.
• Maintain accurate field reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Mentor field personnel and help build high-performing teams.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• OSHA knowledge with a commitment to jobsite safety.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
• A proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Points If You Have

• OSHA 30 Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6
• Experience managing projects from $5M to $50M+
