Superintendent
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across the job site. You’ll be coordinating with internal teams and external trades, maintaining meticulous project documentation, and ensuring that every aspect of the project aligns with budget and schedule goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination & Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external trades to ensure smooth project operations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Organize and maintain essential project documentation, including RFIs, performance meetings, reports, budgets, backorders, and safety compliance. Ensure adherence to standards, codes, and company policies.
- Safety & Quality Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all safety protocols are followed and uphold the highest standards of quality and productivity.
- Project Management: Oversee all on-site personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Cost Monitoring: Track and control project costs to stay aligned with the budget and maximize profitability.
- Progress Tracking & Improvements: Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities on construction sites to ensure a smooth and safe working environment.
- Employee Development: Assist in creating programs to motivate employees and enhance their skills, fostering a collaborative and engaged workforce.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a customer-centric approach by providing knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, with at least 4 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proven leadership, management, and delegation abilities.
- Ability to perform moderate physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic proficiency in math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, regulations, spreadsheets, and building codes.
- Adaptable, open to change, and a positive problem-solver.
