What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily onsite operations and manage subcontractors, schedules, and quality

• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and exceed client expectations

• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety-first culture

• Coordinate directly with Project Managers, Owners, and Inspectors

• Solve problems quickly and creatively to keep projects moving

• Mentor field teams and contribute to a positive, hardworking jobsite atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction experience, with 2+ years as a Superintendent

• Proven success managing ground-up or large renovation projects

• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and scheduling

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy – experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar is a plus

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in commercial, multifamily, or concrete construction

• OSHA 30 certification

• Local SLC market knowledge
